Welcome to the Planet of the Grapes wine bar in Leadenhall Market.

What's so special about it?
On offer is a range of over 450 wines, plus wines by the glass. The wines will be on full display with off-sales also catered for. To drink the wine in the bar simply add a flat £10 regardless of the retail price, therefore a bottle of Louis Roederer N.V Champagne will be £35.00 retail and £45.00 to drink in the bar, a simple, transparent and excellent value way to enjoy a fabulous bottle of wine.

Our aim is to provide wine that people will be genuinely delighted to drink at a price they are very happy to pay, also on offer will be a simple, but high quality selection of meats and cheeses plus other delightful nibbles which will change reguarly.

It's my birthday!
If you have a special occassion to celebrate or for those of you who fancy a real treat, we can decant older wines prior to your arrival. We have a number of older vintages, very full bodied wines and a huge range of whites and Champagnes. As such it's not always possible for all these wines to be chilled ready for drinking and some of the reds would certainly benefit from decanting.
