Pecorino is much better known for it's cheese than it's wine, but this is a quality little number with good character. On the nose it is quite perfumed with hints of spice and nut, this is followed by fruit flavours of lime and melon, good acidity and a clean slightly savoury finish. This would be excellent with seafood and stand up well to white meat. Really interesting and quite unique.
