1. How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, or cash on delivery. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club at this time.

We will not debit money from your credit/debit card until just before your order is dispatched.

2. Is it safe to give my card details online?

We take our customer security very seriously. Our website communicates your personal and payment details to us using the latest methods of encryption to transfer information across the Internet in the most secure way possible. Our secure server is certified by the Thawte global certificate authority, and you can verify the identity of our site by clicking on the logo at the bottom of the screen.

For added security, We do not store your payment details after a transaction has been completed.

3. Where is my order?

We will keep you informed on the progress of your order by email and on the website. To find out the latest information online, use the 'My Account' feature.

When you have placed your order:
  • We will email you with your order summary and confirmation.
  • We will also update your 'My Account' page online with your new order details.

  • When the status of your order changes:
  • We will email you to confirm if items are being processed or dispatched.
  • We will update your order status (within 'My Account') to either 'processing' or 'dispatched' and debit your account for the order total.

  • If you need any more help with your order please contact us.

    4. How do I cancel an order?

    Before you have placed your order:
  • Click on the 'View Basket' link at the top of the page.
  • Tick the 'Remove' box next to each item.
  • Click on the 'Update Basket' button.

  • After you have placed your order:
    You can cancel your order any time up until it has been dispatched. To find out the 'status' of your order use the 'My Account' feature.

    If your order 'status' is 'Pending' or 'Processing':
  • Email us here or telephone us on 020 7241 3411. Please quote your full order details.

  • If your order 'status' is 'Dispatched':
  • Depending upon your postcode and the method of delivery you should receive your order in the next few days. It is not possible to cancel your order at this stage.
  • 5. Can you deliver my order to a different address?

    If you wish to have your order delivered to an address other than your registered address, select 'Change Address' in the Delivery Information screen after you click the 'Checkout' button. Once you have reviewed the new delivery details you can then proceed to the payment screen. You can store up to five different addresses in your address book.

    You can also view and change entries in your address book at any time using the 'My Account' feature.

    6. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

    Don't panic! You can have your password emailed to you. You must know the email address you registered with to receive your password. To have your password sent to you click here.
